And this is why you stick around for after the credits! Playing as Echo now, you need to go stop Sinclair. First move forward and drop down on the enemy. Take out the security camera here, then duck into the duct to the right of the camera. Once out of the duct, press down on the D-pad to activate your stealth. Sneak up on the guard to kill him, then around to take out the other two. Get into the glass room after taking out the security camera to find another duct to crawl through.

 

Once out, take out this new camera, then move into the security room to find a Dossier. Open the doors here and move through them. You can scan your hand on a console in a room off to the right to see a preview of what's coming. Go outside and activate your stealth. You are outside now, so go forward, making sure to not bother with any of the enemies or civilians. Go to the left and find a patch of what looks like bamboo to go through. Keep going and it will open up in a room with a hand scanner. Scan to shut down part of security. Now, You need to go up to the second level to find a cylindrical object suspended here.

 

Walk across a bridge to it and find a duct to crawl into. In here is a sniper rifle to pick up. Grab it and drop through a hole in the floor. Once down, move back to the wall to find a doorway to go through. Behind it is basically a hallway where there is a console to scan. Once done, you need to get to the overlook. Move across the courtyard and back down to the area with the bamboo that you can go through. Go into here and find one last duct to get into. In here, you have a great line of sight on the speech Sinclair is giving. Line it up, and pull the trigger to end the game.
