First, follow your father out the door. Next, continue following him out to the balcony. Press X to hop over the ledge. Keep moving over the next ledge here. Follow your dad down the escalator, then crouch into the tunnel.

 

Follow your dad's instructions on when to stay and when to move through the wreckage. You come up on a guy taking cover. Crouch behind the garbage cans with your dad and wait for the Helghast to clear out of the area. Follow this man now inside the building in front of you. Listen to your dad talk to the Shadow Marshal now and move forward.

 

The door up ahead is blocked, so go climb the rubble on the left to make it to the top of the building. Avoid the flashlight and drop down into the room. Move the wood beam to let your dad in, and move down the hallway. The Shadow Marshal will clear the way forward here. Move forward and have your dad help you climb over the barrier... bye Dad. :(
